    Clients may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

Refund requests are submitted within 30 days of the issue arising.
Sufficient evidence or documentation is provided to support the claim (e.g., receipts, agreements, and communication records).
Refund requests comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the client agreement.

  1. Non-Refundable Circumstances
    Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

The service was fully delivered as agreed.
Client dissatisfaction arises from external factors beyond GJames Ltd’s control, such as changes in personal circumstances or third-party delays.
Failure to provide required documentation or information on time by the client.
Cancellation outside the cancellation period or after significant progress has been made in delivering the service.

  1. Refund Process
    Refund requests must be submitted in writing to refunds@gjames.ltd with all supporting documentation.
    Upon receiving the request, GJames Ltd will review the claim within 10 business days.
    If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval using the original payment method.
  2. Partial Refunds
    In cases where partial services were provided, a partial refund may be issued, depending on the work completed and expenses incurred.
  3. Changes to the Policy
